During the 2008 gas crisis, The Goss Agency developed and executed a social media promotion for Krispy Kreme to engage the consumer with the brand campaign, “Add a smile to your day” by handing out fresh Krispy Kreme donuts in long gas lines. The response videos recorded received over 20,000 hits and shares.
